Weather-Talk: 1. (noun) the outer layer of conversation in which the topic of discussion is likely to be a common ground with little substance. 2. (verb) the act of engaging in conversations that are likely to have commonalities so as to gain favor with the conversee.

Incognor: (verb) 1. To press the silent button on one’s cellular phone and neglect to answer.  Done to conceal the shadiness of the act of ignoring the callers call via allowing the receiver-rings to cycle through the regular quantity of rings.
